This emotionally-driven campaign for Xerava was designed to illustrate the powerful impact of its antibiotic treatment in life-threatening infections. Through a cinematic visual narrative, we captured the journey of critically ill patients in ICU settings receiving Xerava, followed by their transformation into visibly healthier states in recovery rooms—highlighting both the clinical efficacy and human outcome of the treatment.

As Senior Producer, I managed the full-scale production logistics from our base at Garrigosa Studio to execution on location in New York City. Responsibilities included budgeting, studio location scouting, and casting through model agencies, as well as managing contracts and image usage rights. I oversaw all travel arrangements for our crew, coordinated props and medical-accurate wardrobe through a dedicated stylist, and led the pre-production and on-set planning to recreate realistic ICU and recovery room settings. I also managed post-production workflows and served as the central point of communication between the client and our internal creative team—ensuring the final images delivered both emotional resonance and scientific credibility.
