Little Monsters
about.
Developed for the CRF Women’s Heart Health Initiative, this awareness campaign visualized a powerful insight: heart disease risks often begin small and unnoticed only to grow into something far more dangerous if left unchecked. To communicate this idea, we created a series of hauntingly charming 3D portraits featuring baby versions of iconic monsters: Dracula, the Witch from Oz, and Frankenstein. These “little monsters” served as metaphors for early-stage heart disease, especially in women, reminding viewers that the best time to act is before the threat becomes truly monstrous.
As Senior Producer, I acted as the bridge between Harrison Star’s creative leadership and our production team at Garrigosa Studio. I coordinated the full 3D development and photo retouching pipeline, ensuring each visual maintained both emotional resonance and technical excellence while adhering to the sensitive requirements of the healthcare industry.
Highlights:
Led the production of 3 fully 3D illustrated character portraits with high-end retouching.
Ensured creative fidelity and medical messaging accuracy across all deliverables.
Managed timelines, feedback loops, and cross-team communication for smooth delivery.
Helped translate a complex healthcare narrative into a visually engaging public message.
