Brought in to oversee and complete the production of Lexus Europe’s “In My LBX” campaign. The project involved coordinating an international team across multiple countries — film production with Zoom Films in Prague, post-production with Lunapark Collective in Poland, photography by Sebastian Staub in Switzerland, and BTS by Xavier Baron in Barcelona.

I ensured fluid communication between all suppliers, the creative and account teams at T&P, and the internal motion graphics team at Hogarth Spain, delivering all assets on time and within budget. I also managed the administrative and financial reconciliation of the project.
